Sea Salt & Italian Balsamic Vinegar Crisps

For the finest and most delicious Balsamic vinegar there is only one place to go - Modena, Italy. Legend has it that in this beautiful Italian town, wooden barrels of precious balsamic vinegar would be stored in attics and closely guarded until the time was right to give it as part of the dowry of a new bride. We also treat it with the same regard; the sweet and yet sharp flavour of the vinegar is carefully blended with sea salt to create perfect harmony with our golden crisps.

Sea Salt & Indonesian Black Peppercorn Crisps

Indonesia; the breath taking land of volcanoes, emerald green pastures and the home of our black peppercorns. Here they are known as the king of all the spices and are treated almost as royalty. The pepper farmers are fiercely protective of their crops and watch over them as they dry in the sun. We think it's worth all the trouble. They give our crisps a satisfyingly balanced flavour - fruity and fresh, with a hint of fiery heat.

Mexican Sweet Chilli Crisps

In Mexico they say there's a different chilli for every mood, from fiery Habaneros to friendly Jalapenos. For our crisps we've carefully chosen the Serrano chilli from Mexico for its exciting heat. We then balance this with a delicate sweetness to give you a perfectly rounded flavour. Finally add a hint of cumin and coriander and you have a deliciously moreish crisp to conjure the marvellous taste of Mexico.

Irish Cheddar with Onion Chutney Crisps

In Ireland, the pastures are lush and green and dotted with wild herbs and flowers. Just heavenly - especially for dairy cows. This helps make the most exquisite cheese you could wish for - mature, tangy, and deeply flavoured. Balance this gourmet cheese with the sweetness of onion chutney and you have a crisp that is simply outstanding.

Sour Cream with Mild Mexican Chilli Tortillas

Your first taste of our tortillas will transport you to the sun-parched villages of Mexico. It's the chillies. We seek out the sultry smouldering Jalapeno chillies. They give a gently, aromatic heat that is perfectly balanced by the cool tang of sour cream. We use only the very best corn to create our tortillas and cook them to golden perfection for a light and crunchy texture.

Salsa with Mexican Chilli Tortillas

In the sweltering heat of Mexico grow the most perfect chillies. Each type has its own unique special flavour. We have chosen the vibrant green Jalapeno and the fiery red Chipotle chillies. We mix our Jalapeno chilli flakes into the tortilla dough to give a greater depth of flavour. To finish we add the Chipotle chilli for a tantalising heat, perfectly balanced with the flavours of a ripe, juicy tomato salsa.
